Hello!

Mochi Donuts is expanding to Melbourne and we require a production manager at our production facility. This is a full time role.

Ideal candidates have the following:

- Advanced levels of Japanese and English communication.
- The ability to travel to sydney for 1-2 weeks of training, no prior expereince needed.
- Punctual, reliable and hard working.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship

About the role:

- Ensure production is operating as intended
- Trouble shooting issues
- Cash counting and banking
- Hiring and training production staff
- Production staff rostering
- Maintaing and reporting inventory levels
- Inventory purchasing
- Maintain delivery schedules
- Manage delivery drivers
- Maintain facility to meet food safety standards
