Tea Master & Workshop Coach

We are looking for a talented and passionate Tea Master to lead engaging workshops and demonstrate the essence of Japanese tea culture, with a special focus on matcha preparation. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while showcasing the artistry behind traditional tea practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tea workshops and events, demonstrating Japanese tea ceremonies and matcha preparation.

Educate customers on the history, techniques, and significance of Japanese tea culture.

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, providing them with personalized attention throughout the workshop or event.

Actively upsell and cross-sell our range of products, from tea to tableware and homeware, ensuring a seamless blend of culture and commerce.

Achieve sales targets by promoting products and inspiring customers with your passion for tea culture.

Entertain and engage with participants, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere that enhances their experience.

Communicate effectively in English to cater to our Western audience.


Requirements:

Expertise in Japanese tea culture, with a focus on matcha.

Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Strong English communication skills to engage with an international audience.

A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships.

Sales experience, with a talent for upselling and cross-selling.
