ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Administration Officer to support our Team in a dual role. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to expand to permanent part-time after 3–6 months. The role is fully remote (Work from Home), providing flexibility around school hours and offering a balanced work-life integration.
You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth business operations by managing communication, documentation, and client records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Personal Assistant/Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Executive Support to the Team
Administrative and Documentation Support
Client & Team Support:
Assist with onboarding new employees, including document preparation, pay rate setting, and compliance tracking.

Attention to Detail and High level of accuracy in document formatting, data entry, and task execution.
Tech-Savvy (Would be trained if you lack experience).
