As an Ikebana Workshop Guide, you'll be running engaging, hands-on workshops, helping participants connect with the peaceful and creative world of Japanese floral art. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.

**What We're Looking For:**
- **Independence:** Ability to manage and run workshops on your own, from setup to delivery.
- **Entertaining & Engaging:** We want our clients to leave not only with beautiful arrangements but with memorable experiences. If you have the ability to make learning fun and inspiring, you’re the one for us!
- **Building Strong Client Relationships:** You’ll create a welcoming environment that encourages trust, creativity, and connection.
- **Commitment to Exceptional Service:** Your goal is to deliver an extraordinary experience that keeps clients coming back and excited to tell others.
