Japan City Macquarie is looking for a full time Sushi Chef.
Requirements are:
*Responsibility & Reliability
*Hard Working
*Min 2 yeas in Japanese restaurant
*Good Fish Handling & Knife Skills
*Good Sushi & Sashimi Skills
*Good Teamwork and Respect Others
*Flexibility on both weekends
*Fluency in Japanese Preferred
Main duties will be:
*Food Preparation and Fish Handling
*Making Sushi, Sashimi and Rolls
*Keeping kitchen area clean
*Assisting Head Chef
Working hours will be mainly 8:30-15:30 ( except for Thursday finishing at 21 : 30 ) 5 days a week, including both weekends
Wage will start from $1,300 per week + Superannuation (11.5%) + Annual Leave
