Hiring Experienced Sushi Maker – Hawthorn IGA Sushi Bar

We are looking for a sushi maker with experience in hosomaki, uramaki, and nigiri to join our team.

Location: 102 Burwood Road, Hawthorn
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Availability: 2–3 during weekdays (potential for more)
Pay: Casual $32/hr + super | Part-time negotiable + super & leave entitlements

Requirements:
Sushi-making experience
Fast, accurate, and a team player
Flexible with shifts
