We are a new Japanese Tonkatsu specialty restaurant opening in mid to late June in Haymarket, Sydney. We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our founding team.

Early June 2025 (Pre-opening training & setup)

💰 Salary
Negotiable depending on experience

💼 Responsibilities
Assist with FOH setup and opening preparation

Train, lead and schedule FOH staff

Oversee daily FOH operations and guest satisfaction

Handle customer issues and service recovery

Collaborate with management to ensure smooth daily operations

✅ Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a FOH Supervisor or Senior Waitstaff

Fluent in English with strong communication and team management skills

Confident during busy service periods

Responsible, positive and growth-minded

Must hold valid working rights in Australia (Student/Work Visa/PR)
