Customer Service & Sales Consultant <Japanese Keigo language skill essential>

An Air-France KLM group subsidiary, we offer our services to major companies in the air transportation, tourism and leisure, culture and media and banking sectors.
Currently we are in the process of recruiting a casual position for highly motivated, fun and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Responsibilities shall include airline & hotel sales reservation and enquires, complaints handling and back office function.
Roster work is a requirement.
Skills required:
Excellent spoken and written Japanese Kegio and English
Strong communication skill and sales oriented
Good listening and comprehension skill
Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Computer skills and literacy essential
Full comprehensive training program will be provided.
