The Roles
We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant who has experience and proven skills to work autonomously. This role is vital for smooth daily operations in which you are able to recommend yourself for further skills development opportunities. Tasks will include:
General admin duties such as greeting clients, data entry, copying, scanning and filing
Providing support to migration agents in preparing the visa applications for our clients
Assisting in organizing events and marketing activities
Bookkeeping and Accounts Receivable
Managing orders for stationary, goods required in the office and couriers
Maintaining effective records and filing systems
Liaising with clients
Interstate/international travel may be required
The Person
We are seeking a reliable individual who has interest in a long term career with a growing company and has
A high computer literacy (i.e. working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
High level of accuracy and outstanding time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Accounts Receivable experience
Ability to deal with a busy case load in a dynamic environment within a friendly and supporting team in different locations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as Administrator in an office environment with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. You will be flexible to take on other tasks if required.
