An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with a bright personality to join our Residential Property management team. we are one of Sydney's most respected and fastest grown boutique property agencies with a rapidly rent roll and team structure, and a recent finalist in this year's Real Estate Business Awards. With a portfolio of over 500 properties, we require the services of a Customer Relationship Manager to join our successfully expanding company.

This is a full time position. The Customer Relationship Manager will play an active role in marketing to both existing and potential customers.

Duties will include :


Manage and monitor day to day communications with property owners, tenants and prospective new clients
Initiate and develop a CRM system
Record names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects contacted into the CRM system
Explain products, services, pricing and answer queries and overcome objections from customers
Obtain regular feedback and testimonials from owners and tenants on  service delivery
Post settlement customer management
Liaise with accounts on payments/outstandings
Monitor and report on activities and provide management feedback information on new relationships in order to meet the business objectives
Sale of ancillary Infinity products such as cleaning and insurance
Ad Hoc duties as required by the Principal
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 10am -  6pm

Experience/Qualifications :


Corporate customer service experience
