Tax & accounting firm located in the Sydney CBD requires a Japanese speaking sales co-ordinator with business english and office experience.
We are a small CPA firm that offers great practical experience in a professional office environment. This is a permanent full time posision for long term employee. Salary depends on experience, up to $38,000 + super
The Role
As an sales/office administrator, you will report to the manager and assist in a wide variety of activities including,
* reception duties and phone calls
*meet & interview clients
*liaison with government departments
*individual tax return preparation
*general office admin work
You should be
*bi-lingal(Japanese and English)
*6 months previous experience
*a high level of intiative with an eye for details
*preasant phone manners
*ability to dealing with clients enquires
the role will require you to communicate in a clear and concise manner in both Japanese and Business English.
