! Kuki Tanuki IS A Japanese Bar / Izakaya Restaurant and we Are looking for A talented and dedicated Sushi Chef / Cook to join us

The successful candidate MUST Be/have:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Japanese cuisine

- MUST HAVE Skills and experience in sushi Making

- Professional Behaviour

- Flexible working hours for Evening and Night shift

- Flexible Availability, Mostly on weekends and Occasional weekdays

- Able to Work in A team

- Passionate about good food and great Customer experience

- Able to start IMMEDIATELY


If your Application IS successful, your main responsibilities Will include:


- Assist Head Chef in the Kitchen

- Organise and prepare food

- Maintaining cleanliness of Kitchen area

- Responsible for sushi section and any tasks relevant to the position
