An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with a bright personality to join our Residential Property team. We are one of Sydney's most respected and fastest growing boutique property agencies and require the services of a Property Administrator to join our successfully expanding company.

This is a full time position. The property Administrator will suit someone with a passion for residential property investing and administrative experience who is looking to forge a career in administrative management.

Duties will include:

Lease renewal
Rental review
Organising Property Inspectors daily diary
Control Incoming and outgoing tenants
Regular communication by email and phone with tenants and landlords

Required:

Mon - Fri 9am – 5:30pm
Computer literacy + attention to detail
Self motivated + strong organisation and time management skills
Exceptional personal presentation
Positive attitude and happy disposition
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Good telephone manner
Ideally within 30 minutes from your home to our office, Alexandria

Experience / Qualifications:

No previous real estate experience required
Office administration experience is MUST
