SUSHI CHEF REQUIRED FOR BUSY RESTAURANT - TRAINING PROVIDED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

We are looking for a Full Time Sushi Chef to join our fun and friendly kitchen team to meet the business expanding demand.

Previous Sushi making experience is desired, but not a prerequisite. Showing a passion of wanting to learn will also be considered. You must have the desire and knowledge for cooking and food and show you have adequate knife skills. A positive attitude with strong work ethic and communication skills is a must.

We are eligible to apply for Sponsorship visa (457 or ENS) for the candidates who passes the probation period of 3 to 6 months depends on experience and performance.

We are a buffet restaurant, located in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region. We can sit up to a maximumof 470 people at any one time. We are opened 7 days a week. We have been in the business for 21 years and have recently added a new Sushi Bar to our existing menu. That is why we need you!
