Own room with single bed (If there are 2 ppl. I have an extra sofa bed).

Cost $30/night per person. (1 person) $20/night each (2 people)

Owner of house is an Australian man, 38y.o. (Can speak Japanese)

Activities nearby, Beach - Ballina/Byron Bay, Bowling, Shopping. 

Play cards/board games. 

Drive to a local area. 

(Or you can just do your own thing).

I will drive to Byron Bay sometimes, or you could catch the bus for about $9.60 each way. 

Our location is close to Ballina shops, and a short walk to the Ballina RSL and river.
