My background is in kickboxing⁄ Muay thai and have won the East Coast title twice.
Personal Training can be done at Anytime Fitness in Chatswood as i work there fulltime.
If you also live on the Northern Beaches Personal training can be done at Bulldog gym In Manly.
My specialty is kickboxing and i can help you in other areas such as, fitness,weightloss, nutritional advice and strength⁄conditioning.

45min=$65
1 hour - $85
1 hour = $ 65 ( 10 pack , minimum 1-2 PT session a week)
