Sake Matching Dinner

Sake Master Toshi Maeda will take you through a range of sake from refreshing junmai, to textural nigori and to the finest daiginjo,

all the while paired with the intricate Franco-Nippon offerings from Executive Chef, Ryo Kitahara.

6-courses with matching sake led by Sake Master Toshi Maeda $135 per person

  

Grilled Eel– Hoshi no Nagare

Quinoa, cucumber, plum dressing

Gastronomic Salad of the Sea – Denshin Yuki Junmai Ginjo 

Water melon, Fresh silken wakame, orange, wasabi

Alaskan King Crab Royale– Nigori Sake Umenishiki 

Bisque flan, water chestnuts, seasonal mushrooms

Seared Ocean Trout – Asabiraki Junmai Ginjo Kanzukuri  

Marinade egg yolk, snow peas, fennel, konbu

Slow Cooked Duck Breast – Kitanohomare Gokutaihou Daiginjo 

Sesame sauce, chestnuts, brussel sprouts

Caramel Pear – Choya Umesyu 

Sake sorbet, yuzu, white chocolate, Green tea, coconuts, Mandarin orange 

 

 

Fine Dining:

Sake Dinner.

Bistro:

Complimentary Duck Duck Goose style chicken and corn soup between entree and main Lunch and Dinner.
