2017年4月19日 New Occupation List が導入されました｡

　●　MLTSSL (Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List)

　●　STSOL (Short-term Skilled Occupation List)

2017年4月19日以降サブクラス457を申請の際には上記いずれかのリストに記載されているOccupation をNominate する必要があります。  

MLTSSL/STSOLの掲載職種が651、2017年4月18日以前に使用されていたSOL/CSOL の掲載職種が435ですので216職種が削除されたことになります。

MLTSSL occupationとSTSOL occupationの相違点

MLTSSL     ビザ期間は4年間。更新可能｡ 更新回数の上限については情報未確認｡

        　　　3年勤務後永住ビザ(ENS186/RSMS187)の申請が可能。ﾞ

STSOL        ビザ期間は2年間。一度のみ更新可能。

        　　　3年勤務後も永住権申請資格は得られない｡

Chief Executive/ Managing Director, Corporate General Manager, Sales/Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist等、企業による使用度の高い職種はSTSOL職ですのでビザ期間が短期に限定される影響は少なくないと思われます｡

Caveat について ‐ 職種別の付帯条件

MLTSSL / STSOL 導入の際､一部の職種についてCaveat が加えられました｡

Note 17: In relation to specifications of occupations for a Subclass 457 – Temporary Work (Skilled) visa, despite paragraph 2 of this instrument, for the purposes of paragraph 2.72(10)(aa) of the Regulations, the specification excludes any one of the following:

a) positions in a business that have an annual turnover of less than AUD 1 million;

b) positions in a business that have fewer than five employees;

c) positions that have a nominated base salary of less than AUD 90,000.

売上や給与が条件を満たす場合でも、4名以下の少人数で豪州法人を運営されている様な場合は CEO/MD/GM職のNominationができなくなりますので代替可能なOccupationを選択しNominateすることになります。代替職種は個別に検討が必要です。

a) positions based in a front-line retail setting;

b) positions that predominately involve direct client transactional interaction on a regular basis;

c) positions in a business that have an annual turnover of less than AUD 1 million;

d) positions that have a nominated base salary of less than AUD 65,000.

上記の例のように職種別に注意が必要です｡
