The Role
• We are looking for an experienced permanent part time administrative person who is motivated and has a strong customer service focus
• You will be professional and capable of working autonomously while supporting the administration manager
Responsibilities
• Managing day to day inbound calls
• Entering customer orders each day
• Entering and contacting accounts receivables
• Entering accounts payables
• Communicating with existing customers to ensure there needs are met & exceeded.
• Daily general office duties
You MUST have
• A good understanding of Accounting programs as well as excellent Microsoft Office programs (Word / Excel / Office)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
