The first NSW Schnitz store is just around the corner. That means it's time to welcome new Team Members.

Schnitz is rapidly expanding across Australia with one mission: to share the best tasting  schnitzels in the world with everybody.

As a Team Member, you're one of the most important people in the business. You'll strive to deliver a customer experience like no other while working in a fun and energetic environment. You love meeting new people, are passionate about what you do and are excited by undertaking new challenges.

Your daily tasks as a Schnitz Team Member will include crumbing, cooking, preparing, cleaning and most importantly creating the best possible Schnitz experience for our loyal Schnitzaholics.  

What we need from you:



Be able to work effectively with others in a great team


Have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service because you're a natural people person


A passion for great food and hospitality


The ability to perform effectively in a kitchen environment where wait times are paramount
